Measure the holder, not only the card
The same underlying card format can be enclosed in different holders. Oversize slabs and display stands need their own allowance.
- Width, height and maximum thickness
- Raised edges, labels and holder variations
- Quantity of each format on every tier

Review a complete display row
A tier that looks good in an image can hide a label or make retrieval awkward. Use a real sample to check the complete viewing and access sequence.
- Viewing angle from the customer side
- Retaining lip and spacing between holders
- Removal without disturbing neighboring cards

Verify fit before the full run
Record the approved holder, insert and tier combination in the specification so repeat modules follow the same baseline.
- Photograph sample fit
- Record usable internal dimensions
- Approve lighting and access together
