Information we collect

When you submit the project inquiry form, FOCUS receives the information you provide, such as your name, business email, company, market, phone number, selected fixture, project requirements and optional attachments.

Why we use it

We use the information to respond to requests, assess project fit, prepare quotations, prevent abuse and maintain business records. We do not sell inquiry information.

Legal basis and consent

Depending on your location, processing may rely on steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries, legal obligations or consent. Optional analytics remains disabled until you accept it.

Service providers and international transfers

Cloudflare hosts the website and Resend delivers inquiry emails. These providers may process technical and inquiry information to provide those services. Optional analytics is loaded only when configured and accepted.

Retention

Inquiry records follow the owner-approved retention schedule and are deleted or anonymized when no longer required for the stated purpose, contractual records, dispute handling or legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or request transfer information where applicable. Use the privacy contact above. Identity may be verified before a request is completed.

Security and updates

Inquiry data is sent over HTTPS. Do not upload passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Material updates will change the date shown above.
