Graded Card & PSA Display Cases connect encapsulated singles, grading labels and protective outer sleeves with the right display geometry, access and operating layout. Define your merchandise and project conditions, then coordinate the fixture system from concept through manufacturing handoff.
The holder and its grading label are part of the merchandise. Check label visibility at the highest and lowest displayed positions, including the effect of the retaining lip, protective bag and closed glass door. PSA is one holder reference; confirm the actual formats rather than assuming universal fit.
FROM MERCHANDISE TO CONFIGURATION
Define the system around daily operation.
01
Keep the grading label readable
The holder and its grading label are part of the merchandise. Check label visibility at the highest and lowest displayed positions, including the effect of the retaining lip, protective bag and closed glass door. PSA is one holder reference; confirm the actual formats rather than assuming universal fit.
02
Merchandise and display geometry
Measure the outside holder, including its sleeve, rather than the card inside. Set row pitch so the retaining lip cannot cover the grading label. A shallow tilted support may improve viewing, but test it at both standing and seated eye heights.
03
Customer and staff workflow
A customer identifies a card; staff unlock the assigned zone, remove that holder and return it without disturbing neighboring rows. Price changes and stock reconciliation should use the same position references.
04
Sample and approval checks
Place the largest and smallest accepted holders in a full row. View the first, middle and last positions with the glass closed and the lights on. Check hand clearance as well as visual alignment.
05
Details to resolve early
A display can fit the card body while hiding its certification label. Another common mismatch is approving bare holders and later adding protective bags that catch against the front lip.
